How do I create an account? expand_more
Tap "Register" in the top right and sign up with your email and a password, or continue with a third-party provider such as Google. You will be able to access stories, sports, topics and songs straight after creating your account.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it? expand_more
Open the login page and choose "Forgot password". We will email you a secure reset link. If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
How do I read or listen to a story? expand_more
Open any story, sport, topic or song from the main lists. From there you can choose "Read" to open the PDF reader or "Listen" to play the narrated audio. Both options are offered whenever they are available for your language.
What languages does Stories4U support? expand_more
Stories4U currently supports English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. You can switch the website language at any time using the language menu in the top right of every page.
Is Stories4U safe for children? expand_more
Yes. We design our content to be family-friendly and follow children's privacy regulations including COPPA. Parents and guardians remain in control of how children under 13 use the app — see our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I report a bug or share feedback? expand_more
Email us at support@stories4u.app with a short description of what happened, your registered email if it relates to your account, and whether you are on the website or the app. We read every message and will get back to you as soon as we can.
