1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Stories4U mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Stories4U, a mobile application that provides access to stories, educational content, sports content, and related materials. By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

You may:

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content outside the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
  • Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices from content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be available at all times or free from errors
  • Content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
  • The App will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We may delete your account and any associated data.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

  • Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Sending notifications through the App when appropriate

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
